

Fifty plus One Training of Trainers
We are seeking women with electoral campaign experience on the local-, state- or national- level to participate in our Training of Trainers. Women with experience in:
- Message Development and Delivery
- Grassroots Field Organizing
- Fundraising
are invited to participate.
By trainings end, participants will be able to:
- Understand Fifty plus One's mission
- Advance the goals of Fifty plus One through training
- Understand that there are a variety of learning styles and be able to design and present a training that appeals to a range of learning styles
- Be familiar with a variety of training methods and guidelines for choosing a method that fits a particular need or learning style
- Know how to and appreciate the importance of setting specific knowledge, skills, and attitude objectives for your training
- Understand, in very basic terms, how climate and group dynamics affect learning and how to establish and maintain an effective learning environment
- Know the importance of designing evaluations that have long-term impact
- Audition for the opportunity to become a volunteer trainer for Fifty plus One and to present trainings within your area of expertise.

If you plan to attend our Training of Trainers, it is critical that you return this form. This needs assessment is essentinal to the design of an effective Training of Trainers (as you will learn). Please fill out this form and return it to Fifty plus One, NO LATER THAN TWO WEEEKS PRIOR TO A TRAINING OF TRAINERS SESSION.

Electoral Compaign Experience
Please be specific and list all relevant electoral campaign experience, i.e., who was/were the candidate(s)? Was it a local, state or national campaign? What was your position/experience with the campaign(s)? Did your candidates win? Were you involved in the campaign planning process or in developing campaign strategy? Please detail your experience with any/all of the following:
- Campaign planning/strategy
- Message development
- Polling
- Targeting
- Budgeting and fundraising
- Media - earned and paid
- Voter Identification
- Literature drops/canvassing
- Get-out-the-vote
- Volunteer coordination
